One design system replaced three divergent UIs across product teams
A multi-product SaaS platform had three teams building visually inconsistent UIs with duplicated components. We ran a UX audit and shipped a shared design system and component library, cutting design-to-engineering handoff time on every new feature since.
What we built
We design the interfaces for products with real complexity — multi-role dashboards, data-dense workflows, and platforms with more than one product team touching the same UI. That means a design system before it's needed, not after three teams have already diverged.
How we ran it
Discover
User research and a competitive/UX audit of the current product.
Design
Wireframes through high-fidelity prototypes, tested with real users before build.
Systemize
A documented design system and component library handed to engineering.
Support
Design QA during implementation and iteration after launch.
